I bought the model 870 pro because I was worried about UFP emissions and the fact that my throat hurt whenever I used the printer. Now I don’t have to have fans blowing, windows open, and filament dehydrators going. Since it’s an enclosed environment everything is really easy to control and all the bad stuff stays inside

and gets filtered.

The folks at Print Clean really did design an amazing enclosure, thought of most everything.  The dehumidifier  cartridge fits perfectly  in the enclosure, can be recharged and keeps the humidity low  and stable.  I am seeing it be about 25% humidity in the enclosure while the room is 50% humidity.  So its perfect for keeping the filament nice and dry.

 The temperature tends to stabilize around 90 F inside the enclosure when doing long-length prints for ABS. It was also a nice surprise to discover it helps with sound dampening – the filtration system is a quieter hum than the printers operating in the open environment.
